〔特派記者林三豐／美國佛羅里達報導〕陽耀勳是繼陳偉殷後第二位從日本職棒挑戰大聯盟的台灣投手，春訓也體驗到兩國的差異，他認為美式訓練比較自主，也較有效率。「我是第一次早上7點到球場做重量訓練！」陽耀勳笑說，外界對日職的印象就是練球時間很長，事實上美國很早就練，球員也會在團隊練習前自己先練，之後覺得不足再加強，才會覺得大聯盟練球時間較短。陽耀勳指出，日職練球時間較晚，且練習時要求每個動作都要很到位，無形中時間就會拖長，氣氛也較嚴肅。參加海盜春訓至今，陽耀勳說，美式訓練看起來好像很隨興，但該做的還是要做好。大家站在線外時可以很輕鬆，還會彼此開玩笑，感覺練球氣氛很好，但進到場內都知道把分內的事完成。陽耀勳表示，美、日風格無法評斷優劣，但現在來到美國就要設法適應，盡快融入新球隊。 http://ppt.cc/sVUV -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.221.136
