eTag儲值失效害欠費　民怒：加倍奉還

遠通電收又出包。因人員設定系統疏失，前天有2小時超商儲值eTag通行費失效，估約2千人受害，儲值金額「蒸發」。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，有民眾前天傍晚到超商儲值eTag4百元，昨早想看帳目是否正確，卻發現錢沒入帳。遠通昨坦承，前天下午3時40分到5時40分，因人員疏失，於資料庫端錯誤設定，導致儲值資料進不來，超商儲值紀錄沒同步匯入。遠通強調儲值資料並未消失，這兩天已陸續補回，若用路人因此未享通行費9折，也會償還折扣。高公局初估約數十人因此通行欠費，已要求遠通連折扣也要加倍奉還。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
