標題[問題] 中華新申裝用要補交保證金?

請問大家一下因為想享有大省333網內互打免費 2/10去中華直營A門市辦了一門門號,2G超值128不需繳保證金 2/12去中華直營B門市要求解約NP移出,告知門市要移出後再移入辦333, 門市看了我的證件查資料後說直接去對方辦即可,我體醒他說是新申辦用戶喔! 他才在說新申辦用戶要先交240手續費和月租88才能移出, 然後他又說因為你是新申辦用戶需要補繳保證金2900,或是先填寫移入申請書才能幫我辦理. 問題: 1. 門市能叫人補繳保證金嗎?(保證金的目的不就是讓公司能順利收到款項, 當下都已繳NP手續費和月租費了) 2.門市可以要求用戶先填移入申請書嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.62.57.52
