基隆市30多歲簡姓男子，有多項竊盜、強盜及詐欺前科，以打零工為生，日前到南榮路派出所領取文件時，被眼尖警員鍾文彬認出，與月前餐廳、超商2起竊盜嫌犯，穿著同樣式上衣、人字拖鞋。

警方詢問筆錄時，簡男：「不回答，我要行使緘默權。」店家前往指認時，簡男態度囂張，堅不認罪，讓店家為之氣結，堅持要向簡男討個公道，警方訊後仍依竊盜案將簡男函送法辦。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
