全球連鎖潛艇堡業者Subway爆出在麵包中添加化學成分「偶氮二甲醯胺」（azodicarbonamide），前天晚間中國星巴克也承認，在糕點內添加「偶氮二甲醯胺」，但堅稱符合中國法律規定。

據中國《新浪網》報導，中國星巴克前晚證實，在部分糕點中使用的小麥粉原料，有添加「偶氮二甲醯胺」，但強調這完全符合中國相關食品安全法律法規。據美國abc電視台報導，「偶氮二甲醯胺」通常拿來做為橡膠鞋底和瑜伽墊的原料，目前Subway已經停止使用。（施旖婕╱綜合外電報導）
