要1萬領7萬　男友偷領錢女軍官怒提告

林姓女軍官去年2月將郵局存摺與印章交給吳姓男友，委託吳男領1萬元，未料，吳男領走3萬9400元，轉回林女帳戶1萬元後，竟將其餘2萬9400元佔為己有，隔月，吳男再領走3萬4000元，還拒還林女存摺與帳戶，林女不得已只好重辦存摺、印章。
 
林女拿到新的存摺後，發現帳戶內被提領7萬3400元，吳男只匯回1萬元，憤而告林背信，吳男於警訊時辯稱是曾借錢給林女，領出來的錢是林女的還款，但林女否認欠債，吳男又無證據證明有借款給林女，法官審理時吳男才改口坦承犯罪，被依背信罪判拘役30天，得易科罰金3萬元，可上訴。（張欽／台北報導）
