【短片】遛狗不留便　教你自製清便器

宜蘭市內中山公園、宜蘭運動公園、河濱公園、凱旋公園及神農公園，常見民眾遛狗，但少數缺乏公德心民眾，未隨身攜帶狗大便清除工具，致「黃金」經常可見，不但造成環境髒亂，更讓到公園休憩民眾深感危機四伏，擔心隨時踩到「狗黃金」。

宜蘭市公所已在公園設置「遛狗不留便」宣導牌，並結合環保志工，今天成立「狗便巡查小組」，加強巡查及宣導。市公所提醒民眾，遛狗未清理狗便，依《廢棄物清理法》可罰1200到6000元罰金。

為方便民眾清理「狗黃金」，市長黃定和還親自示範教導民眾如何使用廢棄鮮奶罐製作的「清便器」，並提醒狗主人：「出門遛狗一定要繫狗練，並隨手清狗便，共同營造優質生活品質。」（潘岳／宜蘭報導）
