加拿大日裔20歲選手平田由紀，在索契冬奧的自由式滑雪中的女子障礙技巧決賽中，曾是世錦賽冠軍選手平田由紀在比賽中發生失誤，從近10公尺的高空中重重的摔落下來，連滾了好幾圈才停止，緊急被在場的醫護人員抬出場外。(詹健全╱綜合報導)
