害我沒飯吃！抗議啦！今天上午9時許，鳥商業者聯合果農業者到台北市林務局前，抗議林務局預告修正法案「營利性野生動物飼養繁殖管理辦法」，新增「應符合土地管制規定」、「未能自行取食之鳥類不得買賣」、「來源野生者應取得合法來源證明」，三項預定修正法案，等於是不符合規定之土地不能飼養鳥類寵物買賣，也不能架網捉捕野生鳥類進行買賣，迫使野生鳥類嚴重破壞果農種植產物，影響鳥類相關產業鏈無法生存下去。

最後由林務局副局長出面，接受鳥商業者相關人員陳情，同意暫緩修正法案，擇日協商法案，上百名抗議民眾才結束抗議。（施昂強／台北報導）
