挾鴻海集團出海口支援，榮創去年EPS達5.29元

LED封裝廠榮創(3437)為鴻海(2317)轉投資小金雞，結合集團資源，該公司公布去年財務報表，稅後淨利6.87億元，年增52.55%，EPS 5.29元。

榮創前身為先進開發光電，成立於1999年，於2007年加入鴻海集團，2010年更名為榮創，憑著集團給予的出海口支援，主要承接同集團群創(3481)的電視背光訂單，其他客戶也有日系及韓系電視廠。

受惠於大尺寸背光訂單暢旺挹注，榮創去年合併營收為63.83億元，年增22.58%；合併毛利率為19.55%，年增2.24個百分點；合併營益率為11.52%，年增1.74個百分點；稅後淨利6.87億元，年增52.55%，EPS 5.29元。

榮創於去年6月25日登錄興櫃，曾於該年9月25日舉辦股東臨時會，進行董事提前改選，積極朝上市櫃掛牌準備，並於今年2月18日取得會計師「內部控制制度專案審查報告」。
