屠狗之王 動保團體加冕胡志強 曹啟鴻

關懷生命協會、動物保護行政監督委員會，今（25）日上午帶著數隻被認養的狗出現在監察院前，並演出行動劇，舉行「屠狗之王加冕大典」，加冕皇冠給五都組第1名、去年公立收容所安樂死4993隻流浪動物的台中市長胡志強，和地方組第1名、安樂死5352隻流浪動物的屏東縣長曹啟鴻。動保團體要求農委會應將動物保護及保育業務增列為關鍵績效指標，並考量建構認養機制及源頭管制方式，而不是把經費都花在捕犬和興建以安樂死為最終手段的收容所上。
