17歲少女藥物過敏　整張臉「溶掉」

英國一名少女因為服食胃藥，卻不幸發生藥物過敏，臉部、胸部、背部、手臂紛紛長出膿瘡，臉部更好像溶化了一樣。

17歲的豪斯(Leanne Howes)因胃痛，服食了150毫克胃藥「善胃得」(Zantac)，沒想到之後上半身長出膿瘡，頭髮指甲開始脫落，每天要塗凡士林3次。後來更不能進食，必須插胃管灌食，體重由原來98磅瘦到80磅(約44公斤瘦到36公斤)。

她形容當時自己像是「恐怖片中的怪獸」，醫生指她的生存機會只有10%，幸好住院4周後康復。醫生表示，豪斯患了史提芬強生症候群(Stevens-Johnson Syndrome)，每100萬人只會有1人罹病，死亡率高達4成。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
