男誆贈iPhone　誘少女來台嘿咻

雲林縣男子黃文權透過臉書認識金門縣一名高職女生，前天他搭機到金門，用送iPhone手機誘拐少女一起搭機回台到家裡過夜。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，警方指出，涉誘拐性侵少女的黃文權（26歲）住雲林縣西螺鎮，坦承和少女發生性關係，表示是少女自願。少女向警方供稱，和黃男是男女朋友，黃男頻頻以「我們可以結婚」、送iPhone 5S給她等語誘惑，她才和黃男一起來台灣，只是黃還沒買手機，就被警方找到了。因少女未滿16歲，警方將黃男依和誘、妨害性自主罪法辦。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
