先進半導體(3355)公佈，公司於本月18日與主要股東NXP B.V.附屬NXP Semiconductors訂立設備銷售協議，同意向後者購買半導體生產設備，代價為100萬美元(約等於776萬港元)。

董事會認為，訂立設備銷售協議符合公司及股東之整體利益，因為購買設備將使公司能夠以具有吸引力的價格自NXP Semiconductors購得設備；擴展提供給客戶之產品範圍；及增加公司產能。
