男嬰趴睡溢奶亡　保母賠78萬元

桃園一名劉姓保母（女，39歲）去年6月間受託照顧當時只有1個多月大的陳姓男嬰；9月17日晚間9時許，她餵完奶後將男嬰放在嬰兒床上睡覺，疏於注意造成男嬰姿勢改變而趴臥嬰兒床，2個小時後，她去查看男嬰睡眠狀況，發現男嬰趴睡致溢奶阻塞呼吸道已無氣息，趕緊送醫急救仍不治死亡。
 
劉姓保母事後坦承犯行，深表悔悟，並賠償家屬78萬元，且無前科等，桃園地檢署偵辦後今予以緩起訴2年處分，另需繳公庫3萬元。（張沛森／桃園報導）
