【民報】張旭成：美盼中國協助北韓去核太天真

前國安會副秘書長張旭成分析美、中、韓、朝鮮關係的精闢專欄登場了。
張旭成教授說，北韓領導人敢冒天下之大不諱，不顧代價研發和擁核，因為朝鮮決策者認為「敵強我弱」，核武較常規武器經濟，而且更有威嚇效果，可嚇阻美韓對北韓動武。
另外，中國軍方戰略專家認為北韓是中國重要的戰略屏障，是「反制美、日、南韓不可或缺的籌碼」，要求北韓「去核」不切實際，朝鮮半島安定比去核更重要。
從這裡可以看出，北京的策略又回到原點，仍要打「北韓牌」。
顯然，美韓企圖把北韓去核化的難題外包給中國，是天真，不切實際的...。
