太子謝明汎：今年房價亂

大型建商看好馬年房市，不懼政府打房，指標建商推案量再創新高，遠雄、華固創下推案量新高，老牌建商太子今年推案量也高達260億元。

太子建設總經理謝明汎說，今年房市房市成交量和速度要看建商品牌，大型、有品牌的建商因財務支撐力道仍夠，價格應該仍有撐，但小型建商的推案受到銷售期拖長影響，價格就會下來，他預告，「今年價格混亂期應該會來。」

太子今年在北中南推出新案，329檔期將在新莊推出「太子雲鼎」，在桃園青埔推出「太子馥3」，此外，睽違2年繼「台北信義」後推出也將在外雙溪至誠路上推出豪宅新案，謝明汎說，該案和華威建設合作，推出75~120坪的豪宅案，開價未定，預定3月底、4月初正式對外。市場推估，單坪開價應該會超過130萬元。（劉曉霞／台北報導）
