飆三字經阻視障歌手演唱　攤商起訴

以一首《獨上西樓》爆紅的知名視障歌手張玉霞，年初四在新北淡水區金色水岸旁的中正市場前廣場和姊姊張玉玲共同受邀演唱時，因為人紅歌美，引來人潮駐足聆聽，阻擋附近攤商店面通道，經營蔥油餅的攤商杜漢斌認為影響他做生意，涉嫌強拉張女的70歲老父拉下舞台，並怒罵「幹X娘…要叫大尾鱸鰻來處理」，迫使張女暫停演出，檢方據報分案徹查。

士林地檢署認定杜男言行涉犯妨害名譽及妨害自由兩罪，但因張父未對杜男提告，而妨害名譽屬告訴乃論之罪，檢方今僅依妨害自由罪嫌將杜男起訴，並痛批杜男恃強凌弱，向法院請求重判，若罪名成立，最重可處3年徒刑。（法庭中心／台北報導）
