利多！研華擬加發1元股利

智能產業龍頭研華去年賺7.26元，連續4年獲利在6元以上，由於現金充沛，每年配股現金股息發放率都在75%左右，董事長劉克振今天透露，內部規劃若當年獲利超過7元，就會提報董事會發1元股票股利。

研華股利今年有機會衝高，配發1元股票股利是否包含在75%派息率中，還是額外加發？劉克振透露「這都可以討論！」他分析，因為加發那一元是股票，不是真得發出去，不影響現金部位。

以研華去年賺7.26元概算，派息率75%換算可發5.4元股息，若外加1元股票股利，則將上看6.4元，不過一切仍須待研華董事會討論股利提案、股東會通過後敲定。（王郁倫／綜合報導）
