4天只錯2筆　遠通過關免罰

計程收費上路後，遠通電收出包不斷，頻發生重複扣款，高公局委託專家學者成立的稽核小組今晚確認遠通電收首波稽核過關，未達罰款標準，下周將持續稽查。

高公局委託中華民國運輸協會專家學者組成「ETC系統重複扣款稽核委員會」7人小組，自2月1日起逐日稽核遠通電收是否發生重複扣款，迄今已完成2月1日至4日等4天稽核比對，共抽查35萬5千多筆，其中2月1日有1筆、2月3日有1筆，都是車牌辨識的問題，包括NW因掉漆誤判成MW、E6因晚間因燈光眩光誤判成F6。

稽核委員會發言人黃台生表示，車牌辨識錯誤和人工判案錯誤，也納在重複扣款的範圍內，但都未達每天單一門架出錯率不得逾千分之1、全天抽查出錯率不得超過萬分之2等KPI指標，因此未達開罰標準，確定遠通電收過關。（李姿慧／台北報導）
