現代男女戀愛觀念大不同，過去由男方掌握主導權的男大女小的模式逐漸被打破，在女性意識抬頭下，姊弟戀有增多趨勢。

今日出刊的《中國時報》報導，根據婚友業者公布的2014年《10大愛情趨勢》顯示，由男生主動的戀愛模式已逐漸式微，現代女性已逐漸掌握更多戀愛主導權，也比較願意朝姊弟戀發展，甚至年齡小10歲也不在乎。（胡治言／綜合報導）
