【聯合報╱記者楊濡嘉╱即時報導】 高雄市議會第12次臨時會一開議，國民黨團力主刪除不動產售價和平均地權基金的資本回 收，民進黨團雖全力為高雄市政府護航，但大會以記名表決，多數贊同刪除，歲入一下子 被刪了44億5000多萬元。 市府編列今年度的歲入中，不動產售價編了55億5000萬元，國民黨團認為去年和前年的相 關執行率不佳，力主刪16億5000萬元，民進黨團雖反對，但記名表決時，23票對32票，民 進黨團輸。 平均地權基金會盈餘和資本回收都列為歲入預算，國民黨團認為盈餘放在歲入中讓市府統 籌運用，還說得過去，可是資本回收（本金）也放進歲入，可能有問題，因此力主將28億 元的資本回收刪除。 高市地政局長謝福來和民進黨籍議員則極力說明這筆歲入對地方建設的重要，也不會影響 平均地權基金的運作。 不過，再次記名表決時，29票對31票，藍營再次刪除成功。 http://udn.com/NEWS/BREAKINGNEWS/BREAKINGNEWS3/8482707.shtml -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.44.204.190
