鄉民的正義　溫記小吃店擋不住公幹頂讓

桃園中壢57歲唐姓男子今年1月初，在家門口取掛號信時，被溫姓鄰居無故毆打受傷，目前仍在住院治療中，溫男事後遭警方以殺人罪嫌送辦，事發至今唐男家屬認為對方不聞問，也完全沒有提及賠償事宜，此事引發網友串連在本月9日到溫家經營的小吃店抗議聲援，小吃店也在今天拉下鐵門，門口貼上「頂讓」紅字，未再營業。
 
但此事還未罷休，仍有網友在批踢踢網站發文討論：kivan00說：「搞不好剛好房租到期，就跑去別的地方開了！」還有網友GORDON2037說：「請記得他們家人的樣子吧...若開新店也繼續抵制下去！」（張沛森／桃園報導）
