（中央社記者吳哲豪彰化11日電）高中生命案今天再開準備庭，陳巧明出庭前喊冤說，她尊重司法，相信司法會還她清白，吳仁甫強調，未出手毆打詹淳寓。

高中生命案今天再開準備庭，傳喚日月明功負責人陳巧明以及成員吳仁甫出庭，上午先由吳仁甫出庭，緊接著再傳喚陳巧明。

在押中的陳巧明先被法警帶到法庭，後來又被帶回法警室，陳巧明利用機會對媒體喊冤說，她尊重司法，相信司法會還她清白。

吳仁甫則向法官表示，去年5月18日詹淳寓被帶到默園管教時，隔天他就出國，他沒有出手毆打詹生，只是基於關心的立場詢問詹淳寓的行蹤，他也是為了詹淳寓好，在國外時曾聽太太說詹生承認吸毒，至於詹生被毆打的事情，他回國後才知道。1030211
