抓奶龍爪手偷襲女服務生　和解不起訴

年約30歲的潘姓男子，去年11月23日清晨與友人前往台北市京華城PASOUL夜店狂歡，在酒酣耳熱之際，見到一名穿著嗆辣的女服務生走過身旁，竟冷不防地伸出「抓奶龍爪手」偷襲，女服務生不甘受辱，提出性騷擾告訴。

台北地檢署開庭時，潘男表示，當天可能不小心碰到對方，絕不是故意偷襲，如果因此造成對方的不舒服，希望能夠獲得諒解，而女服務生也同意和解，檢察官請雙方前往調解委員會進行調解，並且達成和解，女服務生撤回告訴，北檢今天偵結，處分不起訴。（呂志明／台北報導）
