日本知名AV女優北川瞳來高雄「開課」，課程「小弟弟完全攻略」中，北川瞳拿出男性生殖器官造型的按摩棒，親自用嘴巴示範如何對小弟弟做出最有效率攻擊，令在場粉絲的「海綿寶寶」充滿血液的超激表演。在課程全部結束後，該按摩棒拿出來現場喊價拍賣，熱情的粉絲一開始出價200元，但因價錢太低被打槍。隨後有人出價500元，原本要成交時，殺出一個程咬金喊價1000元，當場成交由男粉絲帶回收藏。（地方中心／高雄報導）
