【更新】前法官當司法黃牛 收押

曾任法官、轉職擔任律師的葉進雄，因詐欺、違反《律師法》等案被判刑3年確定，已被法務部除名喪失律師資格，但葉男仍於前年7月到去年7月間，分別向涉嫌妨害風化罪的林姓被害人和涉嫌酒駕的趙姓被害人諉稱可用金錢疏通法官和檢察官，讓他們可以易科罰金。
但林、趙2人仍被判有罪並且無法易科罰金，2人知被騙而提告。台中地檢署檢察官偵訊後，認為葉涉嫌違反《律師法》和司法黃牛詐欺等罪嫌重大，且有反覆實施再犯之虞，向台中地院聲請羈押，台中地院下午3時20分許裁准葉進雄收押。(鄧玉瑩／台中報導) 出版時間 13:34
