筋骨膏、風濕膏　攏系假ㄟ

台南市衛生局接獲檢舉，東區泰昇昌企業公司沒有取得藥品許可證，擅自製造筋骨膏、藥洗噴劑，台南地檢署打擊民生專組郭文俐昨指揮查緝人員搜索，查扣大批偽藥筋骨膏、洗噴劑、風濕膏等，負責人周進傳、廠長周振明因違反《藥事法》，檢察官分別諭令以35萬元及10萬元交保候傳。
 
台南市衛生局與台南地檢署成立「食藥品安全查緝及取締小組」，獲報台南市東區「泰昇昌企業有限公司」涉嫌未經核准取得藥品許可證，擅自製造筋骨膏、藥洗噴劑情資，立即指揮本署辦案支援中心檢察事務官、司法警察進行蒐證，昨天展開搜索行動。
 
檢警及衛生局人員查扣未經核准製造的偽藥筋骨膏2846支、藥洗噴劑109支、筋骨風濕膏2萬2714片及相關機具打印機、封口機等，傳喚該公司負責人周進傳、廠長周振明及證人7人到案說明。

檢方認為泰昇昌企業公司違反《藥事法》製造、販賣偽藥罪嫌，諭令負責人周進傳35萬元交保、廠長周振明10萬元交保候傳。（辛啟松／台南報導）
