標題[問題] Acer W510鍵盤快速鍵沒反應

廠牌: Acer 型號: ICONIA W510 購入日期: 2014/2/10 Yahoo購物中心距上次使用正常時間: 無 OS版本: Windows 8.1 平常作業內容: 上網、看日劇有無內建還原功能(Y/N): 有問題內容: 這幾天都是在上網和看日劇，沒注意到鍵盤快速鍵F3~F12不能使用。下午無聊隨便亂按，發現沒反應。立馬拿手機用SKYPE撥打宏碁客服，客服回答說：可能是Windows 8有東西未更新，於是我按了出廠還原狀態，等了3小時多，再用Windows Update還是一樣。我又打給客服，他建議我，直接拿去直營服務中心送修。我覺得滿無奈的，這台買沒多久鍵盤就出問題，要花時間跑一趟直營服務中心有點不爽。請問版上有人遇到類似狀況嗎？煩請協助，謝謝！！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.67.188.160
