烏克蘭鎮壓抗議 歐盟考慮制裁

（中央社布魯塞爾19日綜合外電報導）烏克蘭政府鎮壓抗議民眾，造成重大死傷，歐洲聯盟（EU）外交政策高級代表艾希頓（Catherine Ashton）今天說，歐盟將考慮制裁應為鎮壓行動負責者。

法新社報導，艾希頓在聲明中說，已召集歐盟政治和安全委員會會議。歐洲官員表示，歐盟各國外長明天將在布魯塞爾舉行緊急會議。

聲明說：「會考慮所有可能選項，包括對應為鎮壓與侵害人權行動負責者採取限制措施。」1030219
