又喊卡！　2.51億「帝圖」法拍停拍

創意世家建設位在台北市重慶北路一段上的「帝圖」，原定今上午11點在士林地方法院執行法拍，債權人指定底價2億5100萬元，因臨時申請拍賣內容變更，宣布停拍。

該建物為創意世家建設在2010年推出預售案，負責人為李祥剛，建物地上11樓、地下3樓，規劃1層1戶共10戶，坪數為77、99坪2種。值得留意的是，待拍項目僅有整棟建物，不包含土地產權，據地籍資料顯示，地主為金興發資產管理。

寬頻房訊表示，待拍戶建物面積約826.48坪，推測為合建案，「創意世家建設應該會另循管道積極尋求買方或與債權人協商。」根據法院筆錄顯示，待拍戶2012年已有第三人施工中，工程名稱為瀧興發天廈，屬不點交物件。（王筱君／台北報導）
