大摩：覆晶元件封裝增　晶電億光可受惠

摩根士丹利證券出具報告表示，直下式電視(direct-lit TV )採用覆晶元件（Flip-chip） LED封裝增加，有助於今年LED晶片和封裝廠商，加上來自電視背光源較高平均單價和獲利貢獻，看好晶電(2448)和億光(2393)有望受惠，給予晶電加碼評等，持平看億光。

摩根士丹利證券也指出，預估電視背光源設計組合，直下式和測光式比重為70%:30%，較去年50%:50%，直下式將提升。主要是flip-chip LED封裝的採用，改善背光源厚度和減省15~20%背光源成本。預估今年flip-chip LED封裝將占直下式電視模組約10%。

摩根士丹利證券說明，由於Flip-chip LED在封裝和生產上都需要較高的產能，因此產業龍頭廠如晶電、Forepi、億光等，可望推升平均單價約15%，預估LED晶片廠商和封裝廠商正向受惠，但對電視背光源模組供應鏈，較為負向。（陳俐妏／台北報導）
