侵入前東家雲端刪資料 男判緩刑

原在數位科技公司員工李姓男子，離職後投奔敵營，還暗中侵入前東家雲端資料庫刪除電子郵件資料，他事後賠償老東家百萬元並和解，台北地院依妨害電腦使用罪判李男7月徒刑，緩刑5年，可上訴。 李男前年6月自數位科技公司離職後，跳槽到一家媒體應用公司效力，事後卻上網以管理者身份連線，暗中入侵前東家的電郵信箱、雲端資料庫，多次刪除電子郵件及附件，前東家驚覺有異報警處理，竟發現是李男所為。（張欽／台北報導） 【更多司法新聞，請看《蘋果陪審團》粉絲團】
