西班牙法官 對江澤民發布逮捕令

西班牙最高法院法官昨天下令，國際刑警組織以種族滅絕、酷刑和反人類罪的罪名，發佈對江澤民的逮捕和監禁令。由於西班牙承認「普遍管轄原則」，也就是不管什麼人在世界任何地方犯下反人類罪，都可以在西班牙被起訴。 西班牙法官伊斯梅爾·莫雷諾（Ismael Moreno）表示，江澤民負責監督管理那些直接違法的人，所以他應該對中國官員在西藏行使的酷刑與其它侵害人權的行為負責。其他如前總理李鵬等涉及西藏反人權行為的中國官員，也在發布逮捕令之列。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
