標題[問題] 看影片影音不同步、畫面慢半拍

大家好 小妹我遇到一個問題 別人用雲端分享給我的影片 在雲端服務的網頁上打開來看很正常 但下載下來之後看 卻會有聲音正常 但是畫面慢半拍的情形 我在想可能是筆電太老舊 跑不動 （試了一部老筆電 一部EeePC都這樣） 可是在網頁上卻又不會出現這種問題 而且軟體我也試了好幾種 想請教這是什麼問題呢？ 有方法可以解決嗎？ 先說我的猜想， 那部影片是用Noto 2手機錄的， 應該用了1080p HD錄影（我問他他只一直說Note 2） 要看高畫質影片硬體也要搭得上， 而我的電腦太老舊，平板跟手機看反而都正常。 解決方法就是買一台新筆電！這樣對嗎？ 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.245.12.37
