西法官簽逮捕令 捉江澤民等人

（中央社馬德里11日綜合外電報導）西班牙1座法院已針對江澤民等中國大陸前領導人發出國際逮捕令，以配合調查關於大陸當局對西藏實施種族滅絕的指控。

西國法官莫雷諾（Ismael Moreno）今天簽發了逮捕令，原本法院在2013年便下令簽發逮捕令，但因法律技術問題而延宕至今。

西班牙國家法院是依據普遍正義原則，就西國支持西藏團體所提告訴，加以處理。逮捕令既已發出，一旦這些大陸前領導人出境，就可能遭到逮捕。

這起案件已觸怒中國大陸與西國政府，為此，西國政府可能會提案修法，以限制法院進行這類調查的權力。

國際人權與支持西藏的團體指控大陸當局，對藏區實施鎮壓政策，特別是鎮壓反對共產黨當局統治的抗議活動。1030211
