最近在台北市區下班時間與小黃擦撞由於我壓雙白線所以須負賠償責任小黃的前葉子版與前後門掉漆只需烤漆小黃司機在交通事故登錄表上雙方同意自行和解備註欄的部份要求交警附註營業損失每日1513元等交警離開後小黃司機提出不要幫他烤漆只需賠償營業損失2000元當時在場的理賠專員暗示我這樣處理最好最後在不出險(任意第三責任險)的情況下我支付兩千元現金和解想請問有哪家保險公司的任意第三責任險-財損有包含計程車的營業損失? 否則每年花數千元投保任意第三責任險遇到小黃還是得自掏腰包 >"※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.42.29.204
